How do your 'Drops' work?
We release our handmade cookie collections in limited batches known as 'Drops.' To secure a box, we recommend joining our SMS list to receive immediate notification when the shop goes live, as collections often sell out within minutes.
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Each cookie is individually vacuum-sealed to preserve peak freshness. They remain delicious for up to two weeks at room temperature, or you can freeze them for up to three months without compromising the flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to quality, we use expedited shipping to ensure your cookies arrive in perfect condition.
Are there options for people with allergies?
Our cookies are produced in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. While we list all ingredients on our packaging, we cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination for those with severe allergies.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because our cookies are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
How should I prepare my cookies for the best experience?
While they are ready to eat right out of the bag, we highly recommend heating your cookies in a 350°F oven for 2-3 minutes. This recreates the 'just-out-of-the-oven' texture and melts the gourmet chocolate layers.
